The aims of TS4SE Cooperative are:

To develop, provide and offer training, support and information to refugee, migrant and exile communities and the organisations and agencies that support and offer services to them.

To develop, provide and offer resources and projects which facilitate, promote and support the integration of refugees, migrants and exiles into local, regional and national communities.

To develop, offer and provide solutions to remove barriers to integration, to promote community cohesion and address issues of racism and cultural misunderstanding.

To support and encourage the growth of the co-operative movement, to promote co-operative principles, enterprises and activities.

To encourage equality and democratic control over the workplace.

TS4SE Cooperative was formed to bring together experienced professionals working with and for refugee and migrant communities and individuals from those communities in a cooperative and not for profit organisation able to respond quickly and flexibly to the needs of exile communities
