Outline:
Shelter the Housing and Homelessness Charity. We currently operate an advice service which is open to advice staff who encounter clients with housing or homelessness issues. We also have caseworkers who can give direct advice to clients regarding their rights and can support them to exercise those rights. We are also currently developing new services.
