ICAS Stands for the Independent Complaints Advocacy Service. We are hosted by the Carers Federation. We can help if you feel you have not had the service you expect from the NHS and want to make a formal complaint. Our service is independent of the NHS, confidential and free.

ICAS can support you with your complaint by helping you write letter, attend meetings with you, help you explore your options and answer questions to help you make decisions.
